Women and men come together in peace for International Womens Day!

March 8 was International Womens Day. And all over this country women (and men) came out to protest this administration and all the things tRump and Project 2025 stands for. At Santa Rosas' Womens Day March, there were approximately 2000 people who attended. About 500 more than a couple weeks ago at the protest in the same place. There were lots of colorful signs, speakers, music, love and a lot of very peaceful yet serious talk about resistance. I think this is only the beginning. And as I am a glass half full kinda person, I have to believe we will survive, but there is no doubt in my mind, it's going to be very rough. However, it was extremely encouraging and hopeful to see so many people showing up and coming together in peace.

The world is in a very messed up place at the moment. As always, I urge you to find love and compassion in your heart. And as always, remember...Life is short...break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, meditate often, be kind to each other, and never regret anything that made you smile. And of course...see live music!"
Hoping this movement of hate ends soon.
With peace, love, art and music,
